Virtualbox, linux, remote desktop, NAT

Enable NAT in VB machine network settings, set port mapping e.g. SOME_HOST_PORT->3389 (remote desktop) and SOME_HOST_PORT->22(ssh)
To start VB as windows service use vboxvmservice.
